    FM 1431 to FM 1174. Turn North on 1174 and continue approximately 4 miles to the entrance of Whitewater Springs. You will need the GATE CODE to access the security gate. Continue on White Water Drive until you get to Chaney's Crossing & go left. Continue on Chaney's Crossing until you come to sharp right curve and continue for 9 lots on the right. It will be 5 before you come to Balcones Ridge. It is best to place the PID (62952) in your phone before you enter the gate at WWS to find the lot easily.
