This is like no other property out there! This was a Christian retreat/camp. This property is like a little town within itself. There are two very deep water wells on the property that do need some maintenance & the beauty of this is that this property sits a couple of miles from the Ozarka water plant. Sellers were told that these water wells are fed by natural springs, which is the beauty of Ozarka and that delicious water. There are huge tall, beautiful mature trees everywhere for amazing shade. Different buildings are set and or scattered around the property and so if one group is there, they may not even be able to see another group which is a nice option. There is an outdoor amphitheater with seating for a private concert and or just a beautiful meeting space all overlooking the private lake!
