      Aspens and spruce and of course pines. I had cleared building site and cut in driveways. There was an existing building permit in 2008. A few items still apply according to county. there is a spectacular view past Denver and the other side of a house would face distant mountain views. If you haven't driven 103 when the aspens are in color you are missing an incredible site. Also the subdivision is called Blue Valley for good reason. You can short cut thru the scenic mountains in under 20 minutes to Idaho Springs and less than 20 minutes to Evergreen area. Close enough to Denver to work and get to enjoy mountain living. Large pines were cleared in building site in 2008. Now there are some small growth pine easy to remove. See the moon and sunrises over Denver. A very special acreage where no one can block your views. My son is builder in Colorado, cost plus 20% but you can bring any builder. I will transfer existing plans incase they work for you. I will consider short term financing so you can secure lot and have plenty of time to figure out plans, and secure interim home construction loan. Beautiful area

      Co 74 in Evergreen. Turn right at light on 103. Drive about 15 minutes, just past Little Bear on the right you come to Saw Mill. If you look at documents there is a hand drawn map from that point. Right on Saw Mill. You can either go right on Long Rd or to the end of Saw Mill where it turns right. Go to the end. The end is almost straight onto the drive. You will have to park at the last house and walk down or use high setted 4 wheel drive.
