The planned program includes five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, and a detached ~1,200 sq ft guest suite for guests or staff. An owners’ level spans a wrap-around balcony with outdoor shower, private meditation deck, library, and office, while a sculptural staircase connects split-level living, kitchen, and dining areas to expansive entertaining terraces. At the water’s edge, the existing “Filtered Frame Dock” by Matt Fajkus Architecture anchors the property as a completed, award-winning work of architecture. Engineered with a minimal footprint and a sculptural steel canopy, the dock’s upper-deck lounge is designed to frame the lake while modulating sun, shade, and breeze throughout the year. Recognized with multiple national and international design awards and featured in leading design publications, it is one of the most celebrated residential docks on Lake Austin.
